We know how busy you are! Our goal is to try to make ordering portraits easier and more convienent for you.  Due to the nature of our business ALL orders must be placed prior to picture day, late ordering will not be available till after all orders have been processed and delivered to teams. Pre-ordering ensures that you receive your order during the season.

Orders are processed for each team in the order they are photographed. Individual orders about 4 weeks to process due to producing posters, banners, team pictures etc. for the school athletic programs first.  We know you are excited to receive your order, but please be patient with us, as we photograph hundreds of athletes from several schools and communities each season.  

During our busy seasons (August/September/December/March/April) we cannot turn around orders in 2-3 weeks due to extremely high volume.  Please keep this in mind when ordering buttons, etc.
